5-7. Firmware Upgrade Procedure
When you receive the returned monitor, please check whether the firmware version is the latest. If not,
please do the following procedures to upgrade it to the latest version.
1. This Firmware Upgrade Procedure is only for VP191 (gm5321) monitor.
2. The method to identify VP191 (gm5321) monitor:

3. Check the BIOS setting of PC. The Parallel must be set up to ECP or EPP.
4. Simple Procedure:
Connect to FixtureàTurn on the Monitor SwitchàExecute "Gprobe 5" software
"Connect" button
Switch again.

- VP191 Monitor
- Fixture for Firmware Upgrade
- Power Adapter (P/N: 47.58201.001) *1 for Fixture
- VGA Cable (P/N: 42.59901.003) *1(Pin 4, 11 should be connected to GND)
- PC (Personal Computer)
- Printer Cable (P/N: 42.59906.001) *1
- One additional monitor for checking the program execution

a. If the fixture is well connected or not.
b. If the Monitor Switch is on or not.
If the error message appears, please repeat Firmware Upgrade Procedure
