Remove the jammed media.

Close the output bin rear doors, and make sure all doors are secure.

28x Paper Jam Check Finisher
To clear a jam in the finisher:
1
Push the finisher rear door latches in toward the center. The rear door will open and drop down.
2
Remove the jammed media.
3
Close the rear door, and make sure the door is secure.
