Disputing Charges

Any dispute to a charge that we assess you
must be made in writing within 60 days of the
date we deduct the charge from your account
balance. You accept all charges not properly
disputed within the above time period.

About Account Balances

To keep your account active and avoid service
interruption, you must either maintain a
positive account balance at all times or pay any
applicable subscription charges, depending
on your service plan. Account balances are
not transferable, redeemable for cash, or
refundable. Charges are deducted from either
your account balance or you may be able to
pay for certain services with a credit card, debit
card, or PayPal account (a "registered payment
method").There may be limits on your account
administration, for example account balance,
