required by law to collect and remit to the
government on the Services that we provide to
you. These charges may change from time to
time without advance notice.
Surcharges
You agree to pay all Virgin Mobile surcharges
("Surcharges"), which may include, but are
not limited to: Federal Universal Service;
Regulatory and administrative charges;
gross receipts charges, and other charges.
Surcharges are not taxes, and we are not
required by law to assess them. They
are part of our rates we choose, at our
discretion, to collect from you to recover
certain costs, and are kept by us. The
