• Background may not be able to be
registered depending on the size and
compression rate of the number of
pixels of the picture.
• A background has not been registered.
• Data has not been downloaded.
Cause
Corrective Action
• Register a different picture for the
background.
• Register a background.
• Turn off the power of the printer and
then turn it back on again.
• Try transmitting the data again while
making sure to follow the procedure
described in this manual.
