2Troubleshooting Procedures
Notes: 3G Antenna assemble rule as below:

The 3G antenna wire, 3G unit or system board may each be the source of a 3G fault. Any of
these components may be damaged. To determine if the computer's wireless LAN system is
functioning properly, perform the following procedures. Figure 2-24 outlines the process.
Start with Procedure 1 and continue with the other procedures as instructed.
Procedure 1: Diagnostic test
Procedure 2: Connector and replacement check
Procedure 1:
1.> Copy test program "m-tool.exe" into test unit "Operate System Disk"
2.> Enter into Windows, then click Star menu & run "CMD"
3.> Key in command "mtool conf"
It will show 3G conf information, including 3G module name & FW & IMEI and SIM card
IMSI.
