If you have a flat tire
Vehicles with a spare tire

Stop the vehicle in a safe place and replace the flat tire with the
spare tire. (P. 506)
Vehicles with run-flat tires

Slow down and drive with extra caution. Take your vehicle to the
nearest Lexus dealer or authorized tire dealer to have the flat
