Press a or b to choose Delete All.
Press OK.
Press 1 to confirm.

Fax Preview i Off.
Press OK.

Press 1 to choose Yes.

Do one of the following:
If you do not want to print the stored
faxes, press 1. The machine asks
you to confirm the deletion of the
stored faxes. Press 1 to confirm.
If you want to print all the stored
faxes, press 2.
If you want to cancel the setting,
press 3.
Press Stop/Exit.

You can call your machine from any touch
tone telephone or fax machine, then use the
remote access code and remote commands
to retrieve fax messages.
Setting a Remote Access
Code

The remote access code lets you access the
remote retrieval features when you are away
from your machine. Before you can use the
remote access and retrieval features, you
have to set up your own code. The factory
default code is the inactive code (--- ).

Press Menu.
b
Press a or b to choose Fax.

Press OK.

Press a or b to choose
Remote Access.
d
Enter a three-digit code using numbers
0-9, l, or #.
Press OK. (The preset ' ' cannot be
changed.)
Note
Do not use the same code as your
Remote Activation Code (l 5 1 (l 9 1 for
New Zealand)) or Remote Deactivation
Code (# 5 1 (# 9 1 for New Zealand)).

Press Stop/Exit.
Note
You can change your code at any time by
entering a new one. If you want to make
your code inactive, press Clear/Back in
step d to restore the inactive setting (--- )
and press OK.
