Setting Receiving Priority

If a A3 Colour fax is sent to your machine, your machine will receive either a A3 mono fax or a A4
Colour fax depending on the Receiving Priority setting. If you choose Mono(Max.A3), you will
receive a A3 mono fax. If you choose Colour(Max.A4), you will receive a A4 Colour fax.
Note
The default setting is Mono(Max.A3), so the machine cannot receive A4 colour fax by default.

Press Menu.

Press a or b to choose Fax.
Press OK.

Press a or b to choose Setup Receive.
Press OK.

Press a or b to choose Mono/Colour.

Press d or c to choose Mono(Max.A3) or Colour(Max.A4).
Press OK.
f
Press Stop/Exit.
