4 Getting Started

Put the device into the in-car holder

1.
Place the bottom panel of the device to
the bottom lock of the cradle.
2.
Push the top part of the device against
the top lock of the cradle until it clicks
into place.
Note
When the device is on and you installed it
into the holder, NaviPanel automatically
opens and offers you a convenient, one-touch
access to Footprints, the phone, and the GPS
navigation software. For more information
about NaviPanel, see Chapter 10.

Remove the device from the in-car holder

1.
Slightly pull up the top lock of the cradle.
2.
From the hole behind the cradle, push
the device out of the cradle with your
fingers.
3.
Lift the device up until it disengages from
the cradle.
