NaviPanel settings

You can change what happens when you put the device in the in-car holder
(Car Kit Mode).
To open the Car Kit Mode screen and change settings
1. In NaviPanel, tap Menu > Options.

Choose from the following options:
• Auto launch NaviPanel in Car Kit Mode. When you clear this option,
NaviPanel will not automatically open when you put the device in the in-car
holder. To manually launch NaviPanel when the device is in the holder, press
the FOOTPRINTS button.
• Auto connect to your chosen default Bluetooth device in Car Kit Mode.
When you clear this option, your device does not automatically connect to
the default Bluetooth car kit or headset when you put it in the in-car holder.
To manually connect at any time, ensure that Bluetooth is turned on, and
then tap Start > Settings > Connections tab > Bluetooth, tap and hold the
name of the car kit or headset, and tap Set as Hands-free or Set as Wireless
Stereo.
You can also tap Start > Settings > System tab > Car Kit Mode to open the Car
Kit Mode screen.
