; In situations in which camera sounds or light from

the flash may be unwelcome, press the
DISP/BACK
button until

camera speaker, shooting indicator, flash, and

silent mode is in effect. To restore normal operation,

Red-Eye Removal

eye removal (0) is available in AUTO

fill flash

and slow sync

modes. Red-eye removal minimizes
"red-
eye"
caused when light from the flash

shown in the illustration at right.
