Maintenance schedule

After the work
ATTENTION
Risk of damage. Do not sluice the appli-
ance with water and do not use aggressive
detergents.
 Drain off dirt water.
 Check the fluff filter, clean if required.
 Clean the outside of the appliance with
a damp cloth which has been soaked in
mild detergent.
 Clean the vacuum lips and the splash-
guard, check for wear and replace if re-
quired.
 Check the brushes for wear, replace if
required.
 Charge battery if required.
Monthly
 During operating pauses: recharge the
battery.
 Check battery poles for oxidation, brush
off if necessary.
 Check the connection cable for tight fit.
 Check the condition of the seals be-
tween waste water tank and cover, re-
place if required.
 Check the acid density of the cells if the
batteries are not maintenance-free bat-
teries.
 Clean the brush tunnel (only BR mod-
el).
Yearly
 Have the prescribed inspection carried
out by the customer service.
Maintenance Works
Replacing the vacuum lips
 Remove the vacuum bar.
 Unscrew the star grips.

 Remove the plastic parts.
 Remove the vacuum lips.
 Insert new vacuum lips.
 Insert the plastic parts.
 Screw in and tighten the star grips.
Replacing the brush rollers
 Empty the waste water tank.
 Press the appliance to the bottom using
the push handle.
 Turn the running gear to the front with
your foot.
 Press in the brush and remove down-
wards.
 Insert the new brush roller and lock into
place.
 Turn the running gear to the back with
your foot.
Replacing the disk brushes
 Empty the waste water tank.
 Press the appliance to the bottom using
the push handle.
 Turn the running gear to the front with
your foot.
 Turn the button for the setting of the ad-
vance speed in – direction.
 Raise the disk brush.
 Turn the disk brush by approximately
45°.
 Remove the disk brush at the bottom.
 Insert the new disk brush in reverse se-
quence.
 Set the advance speed.
 Turn the running gear to the back with
your foot.
