Detergent or fabric softener remaining in detergent dispenser at the end of the cycle
Was the detergent dispenser drawer closed throughout the entire cycle?
Is the dispenser accumulating dirt? If so clean it out (refer to page 26).
Was the dispenser overloaded with detergent?
A small amount of water remaining in the dispenser at the end of the cycle is normal.
Try cleaning the dispenser to remove any blockages.
If there is liquid sitting at the MAX level at the end of the cycle there may be a blockage. Refer to
page 26.
Your washing comes out very wet at the end of the cycle
What cycle did you select? Particularly short or delicate cycles have shorter spins, which can result
in wetter washing at the end.
What spin speed did you select? Try selecting a faster spin speed.
Did the washer go out of balance? If so, the washer will have compensated and spun the load at a
slower speed, to reduce noise and potential damage to itself.
Re-spin washing, by selecting the SPIN cycle, select your desired SPIN SPEED in options, then
touch START / PAUSE.

Have all the transit bolts been removed?
Is the washer level? What kind of surface have you installed the washer on? (refer to page 4)
Is the load out of balance?
Try to collect enough items to wash an average sized load. Washing only one item at a time is not
recommended, because it is difficult to balance a single item during spin.
Have you overloaded the machine?
