Action
Log on to the server as nortel.
To become the root user, enter
su - root
Enter the password for root.
To stop the server processes, enter
/sbin/service sipconf stop
/sbin/service mobilitygw stop
/sbin/service mobilityadmin stop
To change to the backup directory, enter
cd /opt/backup
Copy the backup file from the off-site location or removable
media to the backup directory.
Enter the following commands:
mysql <backup.sql
mysqladmin flush-privileges
To start the server processes, enter
/sbin/service sipconf start
/sbin/service mobilitygw start
/sbin/service mobilityadmin start
