3. Practice applications

V-Drums make practicing more enjoyable. The TD-9 features a Quick Rec function that lets you
easily record your performance. The Quick Play function allows immediate play back of that re-
corded performance. The Scope function lets you see your timing accuracy in the display, a help-
ful tool to improve your drumming technique.

Recording/playing your performance

Press the [QUICK PLAY] button.
The [QUICK PLAY] button lights up, and playback
begins.
* Quick Play only plays back performances you recorded
using the Quick Rec function.

Press the [QUICK REC] button.
The [QUICK REC] button lights up, and the "QUICK
REC" screen appears.

Hit any pad or press the [

Recording begins. When you press the [QUICK REC]
button once again, recording stops and the [QUICK
REC] button goes dark.
If you only want to record your drum performance, do
as explained above.
If you want to record your performance together with
a built-in song, press the [QUICK REC] button and then
press the [ ] button to start recording.
