To reduce the battery consumption of the remote
control
The following settings enable the battery consumption to be reduced when in use.

If the Live-View display is displayed for 5 minutes and movies are recorded for 55 minutes after the
above settings are applied, you can use the remote control about two times longer than before.
When you operate FDR-X3000/HDR-AS300/HDR-AS50, set the Bluetooth remote controller power
setting of the camera to
remote control while in shooting standby mode. This enables further reduction of battery
consumption on both the camera and remote control.

Disposal of the remote control
Remove the built-in battery pack before disposing of the remote control.
Do not remove the screws except when disposing of the remote control. We will refuse repairs or
replacement if we judge there to have been unwarranted disassembly.
The built-in battery pack of the remote control is recyclable. When disposing of the remote control,
remove the built-in battery pack and take it to your dealer.
Press the
(on/standby) button to turn off the power of the remote control.
