This Procedure includes the following:

Changing Seat-to-Floor Height

Large Wheel, Caster Size, Axle Plate Position,
and Caster Fork for 10-3/4 - inch Seat-to-Floor
Height-Short Frame
Large Wheel, Caster Size, Axle Plate Position,
and Caster Fork for 11-3/4 - inch Seat-to-Floor
Height-Short Frame
Large Wheel, Caster Size, Axle Plate Position,
and Caster Fork for 12-3/4 - inch Seat-to-Floor
Height-Short Frame
Large Wheel, Caster Size, Axle Plate Position,
and Caster Fork for 13-3/4 - inch Seat-to-Floor
Height-Short Frame
Large Wheel, Caster Size, Axle Plate Position,
Caster Fork, and Headtube Position for 14-1/2 -
inch Seat-to-Floor Height-Long Frame
Large Wheel, Caster Size, Axle Plate Position,
Caster Fork, and Headtube Position for 15-1/2 -

WARNING
This procedure must be performed by an au-
thorized Invacare dealer or qualified technician.
After adjustments and before use make sure
all attaching hardware is securely tightened.
CHANGING SEAT-TO-FLOOR HEIGHT
Seat-to-Floor Height Determination (FIGURE 1)
Seat-to-Floor Height is determined by measuring
from the seat pan to the ground/floor.
Different Seat-to-Floor Heights are possible for the
short frame by using different combinations of
LARGE WHEELS, AXLE PLATE POSITIONS,
CASTER SIZE, AND CASTER FORKS.
NOTE: The headtube on short frame models are
not adjustable.
Different Seat-to-Floor Heights are possible for the
long frame by using different combinations of
LARGE WHEELS, CASTER SIZE, AXLE PLATE
POSITIONS, CASTER FORK, AND HEADTUBE
POSITIONS.
After determining caster size and caster fork as-
sembly needed, refer to REPLACING CASTERS
and INSTALLING/REPLACING CASTER FORK
ASSEMBLIES in PROCEDURE 6 of this manual.
After determining large wheel and axle mounting
position needed, refer to REMOVING/INSTALLING
THE LARGE WHEELS and REPOSITIONING THE
AXLE MOUNTING PLATE in PROCEDURE 5 of
this manual.
