SEAT
When in the standard or reversed positions,
NEVER use the front five (5) mounting positions
on the short wheelchair frame for the back
canes.
When in the standard or reversed positions,
NEVER use the front (6) mounting positons on

the long wheelchair frame for the back canes.

Using the above mounting positions directly

affect the center of gravity of the wheelchair

and will cause the wheelchair to become un-
stable.
1. Remove the hex screws, washers, coved spac-
ers and locknuts that secure the back angle
brackets to the wheelchair frame.

2. Refer to the charts on the following pages to
determine mounting position for corresponding
seat depth.
3. Position the back assembly with the mounting
position determined in STEP 2.
4. Resecure the back assembly to the wheelchair
frame with the hex screws, washers, coved
washers and locknuts. Refer to FIGURE 3 for
correct hardware orientation.
