The IBM RackSwitch G8264 includes an IBM standard 3-year hardware warranty with Next Business
Day (NBD), 9x5, Customer Replaceable Unit (CRU) warranty service. IBM also includes a 3-year
software warranty. IBM also reserves the right to provide new features as part of future software
releases. Software Upgrade Entitlement is based on the switch's warranty or post warranty extension
and service contracts.
