WARRANTY

LIMITED NON-ENGINE WARRANTY STATEMENT
OWT Industries, Inc. warrants to the original retail purchaser of this BLACK MAX brand pressure washer in the United
®
States of America, Canada or Mexico that the pressure washer is free from defect in material and workmanship, and
agrees to repair or replace, at OWT Industries, Inc.'s discretion, any defective product free of charge within this time
period from the date of purchase:
Three years if the product is used for personal, family or household use.
This warranty extends only to an original retail purchaser and commences on the date of the original retail purchase.
Any part of this product found in the reasonable judgment of OWT Industries, Inc. to be defective in material or
workmanship will be repaired or replaced during the warranty period, without charge for parts and labor, by an authorized
service center for BLACK MAX brand pressure washers (Authorized BLACK MAX Service Center).
The product, including any defective part, must be returned to an Authorized BLACK MAX Service Center within the
warranty period. The expense of delivering the product to the service center for warranty work and returning it back to
the owner after repair or replacement will be paid for by the owner. OWT Industries, Inc.'s responsibility with respect
to warranty claims is limited to making the required repairs or replacements and no claim of breach of warranty shall
be cause for cancellation or rescission of the contract of sale of any BLACK MAX brand pressure washer.
KEEP YOUR SALES RECEIPT. Proof of purchase will be required to substantiate any warranty claim. All warranty work
must be performed by an Authorized BLACK MAX Service Center.
This warranty does not cover any product that has been subject to misuse, neglect, negligence, accident, that is
used for rental or commercial purposes, or that has been operated in any way contrary to the operating instruction in
the operator's manual. This warranty does not apply to any damage to the product that is the result of normal wear,
alteration, modification, improper maintenance, use of unauthorized replacement parts, or service provided by anyone
other than an Authorized BLACK MAX Service Center.
In addition, this warranty does not cover:
A. Tune-ups – Air filters, gas filters, spark plugs
B. Engine – Your product is equipped with an engine that is covered exclusively by a separate warranty from the engine
manufacturer. Please refer to the engine manual included with the product for warranty information related to the engine.
C. Wear items – Hoses, connector fittings, spray nozzles, trigger handle, spray wand, wheels.
IMPORTANT: Some components not covered under this warranty may still be covered by a separate warranty
issued by the engine manufacturer. Please see the Engine Manufacturer Warranty (if any) supplied with this
product for further details.
OWT Industries, Inc. reserves the right to change or improve the design of any BLACK MAX brand pressure washer
without assuming any obligation to modify any product previously manufactured.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE STATED WARRANTY PERIOD. ANY SUCH IMPLIED
WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR OTHERWISE, ARE
DISCLAIMED IN THEIR ENTIRETY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. OWT
INDUSTRIES, INC. ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES
OWT INDUSTRIES, INC.'S OBLIGATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS STRICTLY AND EXCLUSIVELY LIMITED TO THE
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PARTS AND OWT INDUSTRIES, INC. DOES NOT ASSUME OR AUTHORIZE
ANYONE TO ASSUME FOR THEM ANY OTHER OBLIGATION. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW
LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
