5.3 Drum

The drum consists of a front flange (1), a rear flange
(3), a drum band (2) and three lifters (4) which move
the washing when the drum rotates.
In models fitted with conductivity sensors, a central
contact band (5) is fitted between the two flanges.
Together with the lifters, this band comprises the
humidity control system.
