Is the AC Adaptor inserted into AC outlet? (*1)
Is output voltage of AC adaptor 5.5 V?
Check VDD1(1.8V) :Test point (VDD1)
RSTN: Reset = "High"?
Check Xtal CLK=10.368MHz?
Check BBIC.

Is the battery inserted to BATT+ and BATT-?
Is the voltage of TP-VBAT 2.3 V more?
Is the voltage of TP 1.8V about 1.8 V?
Does BBIC (IC1: 36) oscillate at 10.368 MHz?
Check BBIC (IC1).
