Operation
Press SET to establish the parameters
Press STOP once to stop the running belt, end the workout
session, and start the Workout Review. Press STOP again
to exit to Set up options
Press START once to start the running belt
Adjust speed up
Adjust slow speed
Press PROGRAM to set the wanted exercise
Press START once to play the music.
Press PAUSE to stop it.
Adjust volume up / Change song.
Adjust volume down / Change song.
Set the speed at 5 km/h
Set the speed at 8 km/h
Adjust the incline up.
Adjust the incline down.
