ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Remove 4 screws from bottom of Lower Pillar (B) Locate and pull down the cable inside (B) and plug cable into the base (C). Connect Upper Pillar (B) into Base (C). Secure Pillar to Base using the screws provided. Attach the Tray to the Base using the 2 screws provided. -

QUICK START / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 522KLWA QUICK START INSTRUCTIONS Press the ON/OFF button to turn the scale on. “START” will appear on the display for 4-5 seconds, then “0.0” will be displayed. Place the infant on the scale. After the weight has stabilized, “LOCK” and the patient’s weight will be displayed. -

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING 522KLWA Before first use and after periods of non-use, check the scale for proper operation. Disconnect the scale from the power source, if plugged in. This scale contains electronic parts. Use it carefully. Do not drop, kick or jump on it. -
