    .SPECIFICATIONS. GENERAL Health o meter’s Digital Physician Scales, models 597KL, 599KL, 752KL use sophisticated microprocessor technology. Each precision instrument is designed to provide accurate, reliable and repeatable weight measurements and features that make the weighing process simple, fast and convenient. The scale is set up to determine the weight of a stationary patient. The weight can be displayed in pounds or in kilograms. The scale features a swivel display module which allows for viewing from either side of the scale.

    GENERAL This section provides instructions for maintenance, cleaning, troubleshooting and operator replaceable parts for the Physician Digital Scale. Maintenance operations other than those described in this section should be performed by qualified service personnel. .MAINTENANCE. Before first use and after periods of non-use, check the scale for proper operation and function. If the scale does not operate correctly, refer to qualified service personnel.

    .CALIBRATION PROCEDURE. This scale has been calibrated at the factory and does not require re-calibration prior to use. The calibration procedure may be performed using a known weight in either kilograms or pounds. Simply set the scale for the desired unit of measure using the KG/LB key and start the calibration procedure.

    .SPÉCIFICATIONS. GÉNÉRAL Les balances numériques de médecin de Health o meter, modèles 597KL, 599KL, 752KL, utilisent une technologie à microprocesseur sophistiquée.     .PROCÉDURE D'ÉTALONNAGE. Cette balance a été étalonée à l'usine et ne nécessite aucun étalonnage additionnel avant son utilisation. La procédure d’étalonnage peut être effectuée en utilisant un poids connu en kilogrammes ou en livres. Régler simplement la balance à l’unité de mesure désirée au moyen de la touche KG/LB et commencer la procédure d’étalonnage.

    .PROCEDIMIENTO DE CALIBRACIÓN. La balanza fue calibrada en fábrica y no requiere calibración antes de su uso. El procedimiento de calibración puede realizarse con un peso conocido en kilogramos o libras. Simplemente configure la balanza para la unidad de medida deseada mediante la tecla KG/LB e inicie el procedimiento de calibración. Las siguientes instrucciones suponen que la balanza está configurada para medir libras.
