Configuring the system settings
(ADVANCED SETUP menu)
You can configure the system settings of this unit using the front display.

Set this unit to standby mode.

While holding down STRAIGHT on the font panel, press MAIN ZONE
MAIN ZONE

PROGRAM

Press PROGRAM to select an item.

Press STRAIGHT to select a setting.

Press MAIN ZONE
to set this unit to standby mode and turn it on
again.
The new settings become effective.

ADVANCED SETUP menu items

Item
Function
SPEAKER IMP.
Changes the speaker impedance setting.
Turns on/off of the remote control sensor on the main
REMOTE SENSOR
unit.
REMOTE CON AMP
Selects the remote control ID of the main unit.

Resets the Parental Lock code number for SIRIUS
SIRIUS LOCK
Satellite Radio.
TV FORMAT
Switches the video signal type.
MONITOR CHECK
Removes the limitation on HDMI video output.
Creates backup of the settings of this unit, or recovers
RECOV./BACKUP
the settings from the backup.
INITIALIZE
Restores the default settings.
FIRM UPDATE
Updates the firmware.
Checks the version of firmware currently installed on
VERSION
this unit.

Change the speaker impedance settings of unit depending on the impedance of the
speakers connected.
Settings
Select this when you connect 6-ohm speakers to this unit. You can also

Select this when you connect 8-ohm or higher speakers to this unit.
