5.3 Outdoor unit installation

 The minimum distances marked by arrows must be
maintained.
 Do not install any objects which could cause a short-circuit
of the exhaust air.
 The operating period of the outdoor unit may be reduced if it
is installed near to the sea, in a region with high levels of
sulphur or at a site where a lot of oil is present (e.g. machine
oil).
 If the pipes are longer than 10 m, (LIA 7/9IM), extra
refrigerant must be added, as shown in the table.
 At installation locations which may be affected by strong
winds, such as when a wind blows between buildings,
including roofs, use cables to tie the product down and
prevent it from tipping over etc.

If the device is mounted at a distance of 20 m, 300 g of extra
refrigerant must be added:

Assembly

6.1 General

ATTENTION!
Use only the parts supplied or specified.
6.1.1 Mounting the wall opening
The refrigerant pipe should be routed through the wall in a
reserve conduit or using a sleeve.

6.2 Assembling the indoor unit

6.2.1 Assembling the indoor unit
1) Snap the slots on the indoor unit onto the hooks on the
mounting plate. Move the mounting plate to the left and right
to make sure that the hooks are properly in place.
2) Attach the mounting plate screws (5) as shown below.
