Cleaning & Changing the HEPA
Dust Cup Filter
WARNING: Always unplug the unit from
electrical outlet before opening the Dust
Cup (container).
IMPORTANT:
Do NOT use the HEPA
filter cartridge without the debris screen
in place.
WARNING
: After each Use - Always
remove the Filter Debris Screen from the
HEPA Dust Cup Filter, then vigorously
"TapClean" HEPA Filter until no more
dust can be removed.
IMPORTANT
, Please Note : The
"TapClean" HEPA Dust Cup Filter &
Debris Screen will stop most of the tiniest
dust particles and airborne allergens from
re-entering the air you breathe. Because
of this incredible filtration performance,
the HEPA Dust Cup Filter will quickly
accumulate, inside the white filter folds,
many fine dust particles that are difficult
to see but which will eventually block or
reduce your suction power - if not
cleaned properly. Clean the HEPA Filter
and Debris Screen after each use as
described in this section.
1. To remove the dust cup (container),
hold the unit in the upright position to
prevent the dust from falling out of the
dust cup. (Fig. 6)

2. To open the Dust Cup (container),
push button and remove the Dust
Cup (container ). (Fig. 7)

3. Rotate the lower dust cup counter
clockwise to separate it from the
filter chamber. Empty and clean the
dust cup. (Fig. 8)

4. Remove the HEPA Filter from the
filter chamber. (Fig. 9)

5. Separate the debris screen from the
HEPA filter cartridge by grasping the
debris screen with one hand and the
filter frame with the other and pull
apart. (Fig. 10)

HEPA del Contenedor de Polvo
ADVERTENCIA: Siempre
desenchufar la unidad del tomacorriente
antes de abrir el contenedor de polvo.
IMPORTANTE:
NO usar el cartucho
de filtro HEPA sin la malla en posición.
ADVERTENCIA
: Después de cada
uso, siempre sacar la malla del filtro
HEPA y sacudir el filtro HEPA
vigorosamente hasta que deje de salir
polvo.
IMPORTANTE
, Por favor tomar
nota: El filtro HEPA "Tap Clean" para
polvo y la malla filtrante detendrán la
mayoría de las partículas más finas de
polvo y alérgenos transportados por el
aire evitando que regresen al aire que
usted respira. De hecho, retiene el
90.97% de partículas pequeñas hasta
de 0.3 micrones, ¡Muchas veces más
finas que un cabello humano!!! Debido
a esta increíble capacidad filtrante, los
pliegues blancos del filtro HEPA se
obturarán rápidamente con muchas
partículas finas de polvo que son
difíciles de ver y que, si no se limpian
adecuadamente, reducirán la capacidad
de succión. Si esto sucede, las turbo
escobillas girarán más lentamente y/o el
motor se recalentará y el termostato
apagará la unidad. Si esto sucediese,
desenchufe la unidad y permita que se
enfríe. Limpie el filtro HEPA y la malla
en la forma que se describe en esta
hoja, luego reconecte la unidad y
continúe aspirando.
1. Para sacar el polvo del contenedor,
sostener la aspiradora parada en
posición vertical para evitar que el
polvo se caiga del contenedor.

2. Para abrir el contenedor de polvo,
presionar el botón del seguro y
sacar el contenedor. (Fig. 7)

3. Girar la sección inferior del
contendor en el contra sentido del
reloj para separarla de la cámara
del filtro. Vaciar el polvo del
contenedor y limpiarlo. (Fig. 8)

4. Sacar el filtro HEPA de la cámara
del filtro. (Fig. 9)

5. Separar la malla del cartucho del filtro
HEPA agarrando la malla con una
mano y el marco del filtro con la otra,
y tirar de ellos. (Fig. 10)
