Is the bobbin wound correctly?
The Seam Has Uneven Stitches
Is the thread tension correct?
Is the thread you are using thick or slubbed?
Is the bobbin thread evenly wound?
Is a correct needle used?
The Machine Does Not Feed or Feeds Irregularly
Did you thread the machine properly?
Has lint collected between the feed teeth?

Insert needle correctly as described, see page 22.
Use needle system 130/705 H.
Use a needle suitable for selected fabric and thread.
Insert a new needle.
Remove the thread completely and rethread the machine, see
Threading the Machine, page 15.
Change the needle to the proper size for the thread.
Change to a new high quality thread purchased from an
authorized HUSQVARNA VIKING® retailer.
Attach the correct spool cap for your thread spool.
Try a different spool pin position (vertical or horizontal).
Change the needle plate.
Check the bobbin thread.
Change the needle plate.
Clean lint from bobbin area and use only the bobbins
approved for this model.
Wind a new bobbin.
Check needle thread tension.
Remove the thread completely and rethread the machine, see
Threading the Machine, page 15.
Change the thread.
Check bobbin winding.
Insert a proper needle correctly as described, see page 22.
Use a needle suitable for selected fabric and thread.

Remove the needle plate and clean the feed teeth with the
brush.
Raise the feed teeth.
Lower the buttonhole lever all the way down. Lower the
presser foot gently.
