your intention to save the entire memory contents by pressing
the +1/YES button again. The LCD panel will respond with
"ARE YOU SURE?" for reconfirmation (any data residing
in the cartridge is written over when a save operation is
performed). To initiate the actual save operation press
+1/YES again. The LCD panel will read "UNDER WRIT-
ING!" while the data is being saved, and then "SAVE COM-
PLETED" will be displayed for a few seconds before return-
ing to the pattern or song mode.

Single Save

This function permits saving a single pattern from the RX11
pattern memory to any pattern memory location in the data
cartridge. First press SAVE/VERIFY in the cartridge control
mode, and then press -1/NO in response to the "SAVE
ALL MEMORY?" display. The LCD panel will respond with
"SAVE SINGLE PTN?", asking you if you wish to save a
single pattern. Press +1/YES to continue, or –1/NO to cancel
to
and return
the cartridge control mode. If +1/YES is
pressed, the LCD panel will respond with "MEM
**", prompting you to input the pattern number to be
saved, and the destination pattern memory number in the
data cartridge. input the pattern number to be saved using
the white number keys, press the +1/YES button, then input
the cartridge pattern memory location number into which
the pattern is to be saved. Press +1/YES again and the RX11
will reconfirm your intention to save the pattern with the
"ARE YOU SURE?" display. Press +1/YES to save, or
–1/NO to return to the "MEM XX
allowing you to re-enter the pattern and cartridge numbers.
In the latter case, pressing the –1/NO button returns the
cursor to the "MEM" number, and pressing –1/NO again
returns to the "SAVE SINGLE PTN?" display, from which
you can return to the cartridge control mode by pressing
the –1/NO button again.
To initiate the actual save operation press +1/YES again.
The LCD panel will read "UNDER WRITING!" while the
data is being saved, and then "SAVE COMPLETED" will
be displayed for a few seconds before returning to the pat-
tern or song mode.
The Single Save function does not permit writing a pattern
to a cartridge memory location that already contains data.
If this is attempted, the "ALREADY USED!" display will
appear. Exit to the cartridge control mode by pressing the
CARTRIDGE button.
