    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required Assembling the Machine: Adjustable Wrench and Allen Wrench NOTE: It is strongly recommended two or more people assembling the machine to avoid possible injury. STEP 1 (See Diagram1) A.) Attach the Rear & Front Stabilizers (#5 & 6) to the Main Frame (#1). Secure each Stabilizer with two M8 x 2 ½”...
  • Page 6 STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Handlebar Support (#3) to the Seat Support (#2). Connect the Middle Sensor Wire (#12) from the bottom of Handlebar Support to the Lower Sensor Wire (#13) from the main body of the bike. Connect the Upper Tension Connector (#10) to the Bracket on the Lower Tension Connector (#11).
  • Page 7 HOW TO CONNECT TENSION CONNECTOR Slide the Cable wire from the Upper Tension Connector in between the opening on the wire holder on the Lower Tension Connector. Pull the Upper Tension Connector backward and slide the wire through the slot on the bracket.

  • Page 9 STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Untie the Upper Sensor Wire (#41) from Handlebar Support and pull the Upper Sensor Wire through the hole on the Computer Base (#32). Insert the two Pulse Sensor Wires (#42) from the Handlebar (#19) through the small hole on the Handlebar Support. Pull the two Wires out of the top opening and through the hole on the Computer Base.

    COMPUTER MODE RESET AUTO START / STOP When exercise starts, the monitor will automatically turn on and display the progress. When exercise stops, the monitor will automatically turn off after 8 minutes to save energy. FUNCTION KEY: MODE – Press to scan or select modes (Time, Speed, Distance, Calories, Total Distance, and Pulse Rate).

    Operating the Computer Count Up The computer can be turned on by pressing any of the three keys or by simply pedaling the bike. The values for Time, Dist, and Cal will start from Zero and accumulates upward. Press Reset key to reset all values back to ZERO. Count Down By pre-setting a value in the computer, the function will count down from the preset value back to Zero.

    EXERCISE PROGRAM The amount of exercise work required to produce significant physiological benefits can be dispersed by INTENSITY, FREQUENCY, DURATION, AND MOTIVATION. Intensity: Intensity, the level of exertion must exceed mild demands while avoiding to the cause breathlessness and fatigue. The proper level of exertion can be determined by using the pulse rate (heart rate) as a guide.
