This message is to warn the driver that
the vehicle stability control (VSC) func-
tion of the vehicle dynamics integrated
management (VDIM) is malfunctioning.
If the message appears, the functions
of VDIM listed below may not work pro-
perly. Have the vehicle checked by a
Toyota dealer as soon as possible.
However, as conventional braking oper-
ates when applied, there is no problem
to continue your driving.

If the message appears together with the
red brake system warning light, stop the
vehicle immediately. For details, see "Ser-

position when starting the vehicle.
If the message appears, put the trans-
mission in the "P" position and push
the "POWER" switch again. For the hy-
