Problem
The display says:
Enter Unlock Code
do I unlock my
phone?
My phone says
Terminal Blocked
My phone does not
ring.
My phone rings
even though I
selected the

style.
I tried to place a call
and heard an
alternating high/low
tone.
108 - Troubleshooting
Solution
Enter the factory-preset unlock code
. How (1234), or the last four digits of your
phone number. See page 35.) If this
fails, call your service provider (the
company that sends you your
monthly wireless service bill).
Your phone does not accept the SIM
. card inserted. Contact your service
provider.
If you see
then the ring tone is turned off. To
turn a ring tone on, see page 42.
Also, the ring tone may be set to

ringing alert style. Be sure to listen to
your ring tone before setting it to
make sure it is effective in the
environment where you use your
phone.

Your call did not reach the wireless
system. You may have dialled the
number too soon after turning the
phone on. Wait until the display
shows the name of your service
provider before making a call.
