Chapter 2 External component identification
Description
Send and receive wireless signals to communicate with wireless local
area networks (WLANs).
Record sound.
On: The webcam is in use.
Records video and captures photographs. Some models allow you to
video conference and chat online using streaming video.
To use the webcam:
Windows 7: Select Start > All Programs > Communication and Chat
> HP Webcam.
Windows 8.1: Access HP Support Assistant from the Start screen by
selecting the HP Support Assistant app.
Windows 10: Type camera in the taskbar search box, and then
select Camera.
