Power steering pump V-belt:
1. Slacken securing screws and counter
nut.
2. Turn tensioning screw until the spc
citied value is achieved .
3. Retighten securing screws and coun
ter nut.
Renewal of V-belts
Only use tested and recommended
V-belts.
1. Check V-groove faces of pulley ,
remove rust and dirt.
2. Release tensi oning screw until the V
belt can be slipped on.
3. Turn tensioning screw until th e spe
c itied value is achieved.
Specifi ed value for new V-belts

4 Chec k V-belt tension once more after
running engine for
