* Self-Timer

The self-timer is used in situations where the
photographer is included in the shot. When photographer
is away from the camera, use a tripod to prevent camera
fall.
Available Photography modes: All (➝p.46-50)
Setting self-timer
The self-timer setting changes each time you press *
(o).

: The picture is taken after
10 seconds.
(: The picture is taken after
2 seconds.
Taking pictures using self-timer

Press the shutter button down halfway to
focus on the subject and press the shutter
button fully.
Double
beep
Halfway pressed
Pressing the shutter button down halfway that focuses
on the subject.
Without releasing the shutter button, press the button
all the way down (fully pressed) to start the self-timer.
Beep
Fully pressed
