Using Google Keyboard
Touch to change the case of the text. Touch twice quickly to switch to all capitals.

If Swype is enabled in addition to Google Keyboard, touch and hold Space bar and then you can

choose the input method.

Swype

The Swype™ keyboard lets you enter words by drawing a path from letter to letter in one
continuous motion. When you enter the first letter of a next word, a space is automatically added.
