Are you using a USB hub?
Is the USB device compatible with the set?
Is the wire properly connected between CN851 on the DIGITAL board
and BN104 on the USB board.
Is a voltage (5V) being supplied between pins 1 and 4 of JK101 on
the USB board (USB connector)?
The circuitry from IC853 on the DIGITAL board to JK101 on the USB
board is defective.
