One-Year Limited Warranty
Top lid, chrome-plated wire cooking grid, zinc-plated charcoal grid, bottom bowl, handle and all other parts are warranted
against defects in material and workmanship for one year.
The warranty is nontransferable
● It does not cover damage due to misuse or improper installation or maintenance.
● The warranty is for replacement or repair of defective parts only. Manufacturer will not be responsible for incidental
or consequential damages or any labor costs.
● This limited warranty does not cover damage due to chipping and scratching of porcelain or painted surfaces nor
does it cover corrosion or discoloration due to misuse, lack of maintenance, harsh environment, accidents,
alterations, abuse or neglect.
● This limited warranty does not cover scratches, dents, corrosion or discoloration caused by heat, abrasive or
chemical cleaners nor chipping on porcelain enamel parts.
Customers will be subject to parts, shipping and handling fees if uable to provide proof of
purchase or if the warranty has expired.
Some provinces do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from province to
province.
