The wiring circuits in your 1973 Monte
Carlo are protected from short circuits by a
combination of fuses, circuit breakers, and fus-
ible thermal links in the wiring itself. This
greatly reduces the hazard of electrically caused
fires in the automobile. The fuse junction block
is located under the left side of the instrument
