Looping part of a
CD
— CD Loop
With the loop function, you can repeat part of
a CD during playback. This lets you create
original recordings.
You cannot use this function with VIDEO
CDs.
CD LOOP

Press and hold CD LOOP during
playback at the point you want to
start the Loop function, and release
to resume normal playback.
To adjust the loop length
Turn the jog dial while holding CD LOOP (or
press MUSIC MENU "/" while holding
LOOP on the remote) to select different loop
lengths.
Flashing part of a
CD
— CD Flash
With the flash function, you can "flash" the
CD sound during playback. This lets you
create original recordings.
You cannot use this function with VIDEO
CDs.

To adjust the flash length
Turn the jog dial while holding CD FLASH
(or press MUSIC MENU "/" while holding
FLASH on the remote) to select different flash
lengths.
To use CD LOOP and CD FLASH
together
Press and hold both CD LOOP and
CD FLASH at the same time.
Note
The loop and flash length cannot be adjusted in stop
mode or when they are used at the same time.
Adjust the loop and flash lengths during operation.
