Using the Caller List
Viewing the Caller List

Press Rcvd calls to enter the Caller List.
• You can also enter by pressing [ ] or [ ] .

To search from the most recent call, press [ ] .
To search from the oldest call, press [ ] .
• The caller's name, number and the time and date
received are displayed. Name and phone number
are alternately displayed as shown on the right.

To exit the list, press [OFF] .
• If there is no name information of a caller, the display will only show the phone
number.
• If you do not press any buttons for 60 seconds, the unit will exit the Caller List.
√
What "
" means
" √ " indicates that you have already viewed this calling
information, answered the call, called back the caller or
played back the message (p. 46, 47). If the same caller
calls again, the call entry with " √ " will be replaced with the
new call entry.
If a caller calls more than once
The number of times the same caller called is displayed
(" X2 " to " X9 "). The date and time of the most recent call
will be recorded. After viewing a caller's information, " X2 "
to " X9 " will be replaced with " √ ".
Calling Back from the Caller List

Scroll to the desired caller by pressing [ ] or [ ] .

• The phone number is dialed.
• In some cases, you may have to edit the number before dialing (p. 31).
(e.g. You may have to add "1" for long distance calls.)
• If a phone number is not displayed in the caller information, you cannot call back
that caller from the Caller List.
