Notice
About "Err-06: Arc StartError
When the arc does not start for more than 2 seconds after turning the torch switch on, the high frequency wave is gen-
erated intermittently for safety reasons on the basis that some failure (See page 14-3) has occurred, and after addi-
tional 30 seconds or more, the "Err-06 Arc start error" is indicated and the operation is stopped.
Notice
About "Err-05:Pri. LowVoltage" at power off
when turning the power off, it is not an error. (It is just indication of detection of the reduced primary voltage due to the
power cutoff.)

Message
The input voltage has exceeded the permissible limit.
• Turn off the power of this product, set the input voltage to the rated voltage plus
10% or less, and then turn it on again.
Message
The input voltage is lower than the permissible limit.
• Turn off the power of this product, set the input voltage to the rated voltage
minus 10% or more, and then turn it on again.
The arc did not start within 30 seconds after the torch switch was turned on.
• Turn the torch switch off, and the error indication disappears automatically.
• Refer to page 14-3, and remove the causes why the arc did not start accordingly.
This product was switched on with the torch switch turned on.
• Turn off the power of this product and the torch switch, and then turn on only the
power switch again.
• As for the torch switch, turn it on at least 3 seconds after turning the power
switch on for safety reasons.
It may be failure of this product.
Please contact sales distributor or Panasonic representative.
A "WaterCircuitErr" signal was input from external equipment, such as
cooling-water equipment, etc. connected to the jig terminal.
• When the input of the "WaterCircuitErr" signal is stopped, the error indication
disappears automatically.
• Check for the clogging of cooling-water equipment, the concentration of coolant
solution, the bending of supply and return hoses for the torch cable, etc. to
secure the flow rate of cooling water.
The electrode and the base metal are short-circuited during welding or at arc
start.
• If the torch switch is OFF, then the error message is automatically cleared after
after-flow operation.
• When this error occurs, separate the base metal and the electrode.
Indicates the contents of a communication error between external devices (per-
sonal computer, etc.) and this product.
• When this error occurs, turn off the power of the external device and this prod-
uct. (Power reset)
It may be failure of this product.
Please contact sales distributor or Panasonic representative.
