Operation and Configuration of UPS NT
Note: To operate UPS
During booting Windows NT the UPS
If the service shall be stopped, terminated or re-started (e.g. because of a
re-installation or update), select the service manager in the Windows
Control Panel.

The respective operating status of the service is indicated in the Windows
task bar.
Key: 1: Service has been started, but is not ready for operation yet
2: Service is in operation
3: Service is in operation, however errors have been indicated during
the start (battery, temperature, fan and voltage errors)

In the service manager of Windows NT the status of the UPS
indicated:
• UPS
stopped: No entry in the status column

started: Entry "Started" in the status column
