Operating and Error Indication

In the upper right part of the connector panel there are five LEDs to
indicate the device states and errors. Start the measure specified in the
following table, if one of the succeeding LEDs indicates an error or a note.

Vi LED Normal mode
green
LED OFF No supply voltage
230/115 VAC or 24 VDC
Vo LED Normal mode
green
LED OFF Internal 5 V supply faulty!
T LED OFF Normal mode
LED Over-temperature
yellow
flashing
UPS LED OFF Normal mode
LED red Industrial PC is currently
operating in battery mode,
i. e. no power supply
available!
LED red Battery pack discharged,
flashing defective or not connected
HDD LED Hard disk access
yellow

Measure

Check supply voltage at
the power supply unit!

Reduce ambient
temperature
(surrounding air
temperature)!
Check fan at the PC!

Restore power supply
and initiate controlled
BTV restart!
Check battery pack!
Maintain the charging
time of 5 hours!
