Sample Pumps

The optional Sample Peristaltic Pumps mounted on the left side of the Analyzer may be tested by pressing the
Sample Pumps button on the Diagnostics screen. The Sample Pumps screen appears. Your Analyzer may not
have pumps installed, and this test should then be omitted. If your Analyzer has only one pump, it is referred to
as Pump 1. Press the Pump 1 or the Pump 2 button and the corresponding pump will start pumping. It is normal
for the pump to ramp up its speed when the button is pressed, and it will ramp down its speed when the button
in pressed again to stop the pump.
