To fix the beeping issue with the BMR belt that stops moving after level 3, follow these steps:
1. Check GelPad Placement: Ensure the GelPads are correctly placed on the belt. The large square GelPad should be over the central metal stud, and the two smaller GelPads should be positioned based on your waist size.
2. Inspect GelPads: Make sure the patterned side of each GelPad is facing the skin and that the covers are properly removed before use.
3. Increase Intensity Gradually: The belt is designed to increase intensity gradually. If it stops at level 3, try pausing and restarting the session by briefly pressing the on/off button.
4. Comfort and Safety: If discomfort is detected, the belt may stop as a safety feature. Reduce intensity if needed and ensure the belt is fitted properly.
If the problem continues after checking these, the issue may be with the device itself.
