Installation instructions Introduction This appliance complies with the needs of gastronomy and professional cuisine. Before you start this appliance, please read carefully the operating instructions. You will find all significant safety indications, as well as other necessary data, which are needed for the regular start-up - and operation itself - of the appliance. -

Page 7: Instructions For The Dishwasher's Regular Operation
Instructions for the dishwasher’s regular operation The appliance is exclusively used to clean dishes, cups, glasses, silver, etc. following their use during lunches/dinners. You should pay special attention that the items placed to be washed are suitable for dishwashing. Silver should be cleaned from food residues, if not washed right after lunch / dinner (coloring and spots from several food). -

Safety arrangements There is a safety adjustment at the door, which interrupts the appliance’s operation during washing, if the door opens by mistake. There is thermal protection integrated in the pump motor winding with automatic startup which interrupts power supply to the pump, in case of overcharge. There is a thermal safety fuse, which interrupts power supply in case of boiler or dispenser overheating. -

We recommend that you prepare a relevant maintenance agreement for all maintenance and repair works with ELVIOMEX Ltd. (or a service team/workshop of an authorized local dealer of ELVIOMEX Ltd. who sold the appliance).
