Start up follow cleaning instructions before first use. Place the unit on a clean dry flat surface. Remove the Reservoir Lid. Fill the Reservoir with up to 750ml (25 oz) of liquor or potion*. To Avoid Freezing: The alcohol content should be at least 70% alcohol to 30% mixer (that’s about 2 parts alcohol to 1 part non-alcoholic mixer). -

Cleaning and maintenance clean up: Unplug unit and dispense all liquor from the reservoir. Run warm water through reservoir draining through dispenser nozzle. Drain completely for storage through dispensing nozzle. Do not invert to empty contents of reservoir. Do not immerse unit or electrical parts in liquid.
